• Warranties

• The Niche of Time Store warrants to the original purchaser of SmokeStik batteries and chargers, that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, The Niche of Time Store will, at its discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned unit) components that are defective. No cash refunds are offered. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification.

  The Niche of Time Store warrants to the original purchaser of SmokeStik cartomizers, atomizers and other consumables, that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when received by the customer. There is no extended use warranty for these products.

  Warranty Claim Instructions

  Contact The Niche of Time Store via email at service@discountsmokestik.com or our Contact Us form and describe defective product. Include your name, invoice number, and contact phone number.

  We will provide you a mailing address to return defective items.

  All items being returned should be packed securely in bubble-wrap envelope or packing box and returned. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise.

  All warranties are voided if returned product is found to be inadequately packaged, abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of returns.




• Return Policy
